MARSH ROAD (south side) No 2

(Formerly listed as No 4)

GV II Former wharfhouse. Early C19. Two storeys. Coursed and dressed rubble. 2+2 windows to south with timber lintels, except on ground floor to left which has segmental arched lintel and on ground floor to right which has a large lintel in common with two now blocked openings. Double roman tile roof.

Kennet Cottage and No. 2 and Nos 1 and 3 form a group with the Kings Arms Wyke Road.
