Description

17 The Wharfage is a modest early 19th-century cottage with an attached outbuilding that has a gabled end facing the road. The building is constructed of brick, while the outbuilding is roughcast. It stands two storeys tall, with the cottage's front facing west featuring two casement windows and a plain doorway. The doorway is topped with a bracketed cornice hood and has a six-panelled door. The eaves are plain, and the roof is tiled. There is a modern brick garage on the right-hand side, which is not included in the listing. This property is included for its group value.
