This is a late 18th-century cottage attached to number 4 Church Walk. It is constructed of painted rubble stone with a stone slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high with a two-window front. A door is located in the entry to the left, and the ground floor windows consist of a single casement and a two-light mullioned window with chamfered lights. The first floor has a two-light and a three-light mullioned window, also with chamfered lights. A single-storey lean-to adjoins the right return. The interior has not been inspected. The group value of this building lies in its connection to number 4 Church Walk.
