Description
The Kingston monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 7 meters south of the south aisle of the Church of All Saints. It dates from the 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a moulded table and recessed corner balusters. It commemorates William Kingston of Savernake Lodge, who died in 1729, and his wife. The inscription on the top also includes the name Mary Harband, who died in 1836, and is noted for its good lettering.
