Description
Jasden and Peace-haven are a pair of cottages dating from the early 18th century. They are constructed from dressed limestone and feature a hipped thatched roof with gable end brick stacks. The cottages are two stories high and have three windows across the front. Peace-haven includes a trellised porch with a planked door and a 2-light casement window to the right, while Jasden has a planked door with a board hood and a 2-light casement window. On the first floor, there is a 3-light casement and two 2-light casements. The rear of the cottages also has 2-light casement windows. Peace-haven has a 1920s extension on the first floor over an outshut.
Inside, the cottages feature planked doors and roughly chamfered beams. To the left, there is an attached outhouse that has been converted into a garage, which includes 20th-century planked doors and a 2-light casement window, topped with a tiled hipped roof.
