Description

Daysmead is a group of three cottages that have been combined into one house, dating from the 18th century. The building is constructed of dressed limestone and features a shingled roof, which was formerly thatched, along with brick stacks at the gable ends. It is two stories high with six windows. The central entrance has a planked door with a board hood and is flanked by two 2-light casements, one of which is in a blocked doorway. The first floor contains six 2-light casements. At the rear, there is an extension added in 1952. Inside, the property features chamfered beams and a blocked open fireplace.
