Small house, end of short street row. Early C19. Coursed and squared lime- stone, Welsh slate roof. Two storeys and attic, 2 windows: at ground floor left hand side 3 light casements; First floor has two 2-light glazing bar wood casements, and to roof a small hipped dormer. Gable brick stacks. Back has continuous one-storey lean- to beneath two 4-pane casements. With the adjoining property to right (Hatherleigh qv) this is the limit of pre-C20 development on this edge of the town centre, and remains externally unchanged.
