Description

This is a house in a street row, dating to the late 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed rubble with ribbon pointing, and has a double Roman tile roof. The house has two storeys and two windows. The ground floor features a 4-light shop front dating from the 19th century, with shaped heads to the lights, set under a common fascia. A 4-panel door sits beneath a shaped overlight. Above the shop front is a 12-pane sash window. The first floor has two further 12-pane sash windows, all set to the front plane of the wall and featuring flush voussoirs. The roof is low-pitched, with brick gable stacks.
