Description

No. 1 Hopcraft Lane is a small house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels and features a Welsh-slate roof with brick end stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall. The front facade is regular with two windows, which include large 3-light 18th-century casements, and a central four-panel door. The interior has not been inspected.
