Description

The gate piers to the yard at the rear of Kestrels date from the early 18th century and are made of limestone. They match the gate piers in the front garden. The piers feature raised and moulded panels with a central disc motif. Although they have a stone cornice, the finials are missing. Additionally, there is approximately half a meter of original brick walling on the left, which has stone coping and a scroll bracket against the pier.
