Description

The Grange is a house dating from the early 18th century. It features Flemish brickwork and a roof covered with pantiles, along with five courses of plain tiles at the eaves. The building is two storeys high and consists of five bays, with the central bay projecting forward and a 20th-century glazed porch at ground level. There is a plat band and outstepping courses at the eaves. The windows are twelve-paned sashes with heavy glazing bars, and those on the ground floor have segmental brick lintels. A gable stack is present, and at the rear, there is a narrower parallel range that contains service rooms. The left gable has been painted. The interior has not been seen.
