Description

The gate piers to the east front of a'Becketts date from the early 18th century and are made of limestone. They are rusticated and feature a cornice with raised acorn finials. On either side of the piers, there are brick walls in English bond, topped with stone weathered copings, standing approximately 1.4 meters high and sweeping up to meet the piers. There is a section to the south of the piers that has collapsed beyond one meter.
