Description

The properties at 16-18 Doggetts Lane form a continuation of the return elevation of number 8 West End. They date from the late 18th or early 19th century. The buildings are constructed of brick on a stone plinth, with a pantile roof. Each property has two windows on the first floor, which are part-glazing bar sash windows, and two three-light casement windows on the ground floor, with a six-panel central door set beneath a flat stone hood supported by cut brackets, a design consistent with numbers 6 and 8 West End.
