Description
24 West End is a building that likely dates from the 18th century. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior. The structure features a projecting plinth, a band above the ground floor, and chamfered quoins, all made of stone. The eaves cornice is coved, and the roof is covered with double Roman tiles, topped by a modern brick chimney on the right side. The windows are modern casements, with two on the first floor and one wider window on the ground floor. There is a notable doorcase leading to a passage on the left side, made of stone, with a simple architrave and cut brackets supporting a moulded hood. At the rear, there is a pantile roof and a lower two-storey extension that connects to No 2 Fatts Passage.
