Description

No. 19 West End is a building from the 18th century or possibly earlier. It is two storeys high and rendered, with the possibility of being partly timber framed. The roof is steeply pitched with pantiles and has a half hip to the right. There is a central chimney. On the first floor, there are two very widely spaced windows, and on the ground floor to the right, there is one window, all of which are glazing bar sashes. The ground floor features a late Victorian plain shop window, which is connected by a dentil cornice fascia to an off-centre door on the left. To the right, there is a lean-to garage. The roof at the rear is tiled. The building's deeds are said to date back to 1837.
