- Circa 1820 small terrace designed in conjunction with Nos 2 and 3 Albion Place, Sidmouth Street qv. Nos 25 and 26 in centre of terrace are 3 storeys, the flanking numbers 2 storeys and attic, Bath stone. The 3 storey centre has pilaster strips with incised panels of Soanian type flanking and dividing centre into 3 bays. Sill course to both floors, the lst floor one extending right across terrace. Block cornice with incised panel completes framework of centre. The 2 storeyed wings have similar lower cornice and mansard slate roofs with 2 light casement dormers, 1 each. Nos 23, 24 and 27, 28 have 2 windows each, one false except on No 24. Nos 25 and 26 have 1 window each and false window to centre. All with recessed sashes, glazing bars intact. Ground floor has late C19 and C20 shop fronts except for No 23 with original elevation of painted stone, recessed tripartite sash window, no glazing bars. Door set in shallow rectangular recess, 1 moulded panel, rest glazed, moulded head, narrow rectangular fanlight.
Nos 23 to 28 (consec), Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Albion Place and No 29 form a group.
