Description
No. 67 on The Street is a former schoolroom, now a dwelling, built in 1844. It features Flemish brickwork and a tiled roof with pierced crestings. The building is single storey and has two bays, with a buttress supporting the central truss. At the east end, there is a square-headed stone doorcase that includes a spandrel and a two-centred arch, which has been converted into a window. The stone windows have three trefoiled lights, with square heads on the sides and a low two-centred arched head on the gable. A cantilevered bellcote with a pitched roof is located on the west gable. There is a small extension on the north side that contains the entrance.
