Description

No. 13 on The Street is a house built in 1819. It is constructed of brick and has a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and originally has two bays, with a 20th-century third bay added on the left side. The house features a prominent central six-panelled door, which is framed in brick rebates, and has an unglazed radial fanlight above it. There is a curved hood supported by brackets over the door. The windows are casement style with gauged flat brick lintels. Above the door, there is a panel that includes a datestone and the initials W. W.D, dated 1819. A stack is located on the right gable.
