Description
Elm Tree Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on the east side of the A345 at Ogbourne St George. The construction is flint, banded with sarsen and limestone, and the roof is thatched. The cottage is single-storey with an attic, originally consisting of two bays. A gable entry is present, and a central stack rises from the roof. The windows are timber-paned, but the east-facing windows have been replaced with aluminium. The west gable is timber-framed and rendered. The roof is half-hipped at both ends.
