Description

This late 18th- to early 19th-century lodge stands on Chute Dummer Lane. It is built of whitewashed flint with brick dressings and has a thatched roof. The lodge is a single storey with an attic, arranged in four bays. A boarded door is set within a timber porch. Metal-framed windows with diamond-paned iron glazing are present on the first floor. Two dormers break the roofline. Chimneys are located on the left gable and between the door and the right bay. A single-storey extension with a door and a shingled roof projects to the right.
