Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the west side of St Martin’s Church Street. It is two storeys high with an attic, constructed of red brick on a stone plinth. The roof is covered with old tiles and features a moulded eaves cornice, along with two dormers with casements. The first floor has three windows, while the ground floor has two. The windows are flush-framed sashes with intact glazing bars, each with a keystone above. The early 19th-century front door has four panels and a rectangular fanlight with marginal glazing. It is set within a doorcase of pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice, with panelled reveals. Numbers 14 to 24 (even) form a group.
