Description
No 16 on St Martin's Church Street is a late 18th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic, constructed from red brick with a stone plinth. It has a gable end slate roof with flat eaves, which were added in the 19th century. The building has a two-bay front with one dormer. On the first floor, there is a flush framed 12-pane pivot casement window and a small casement window. The ground floor includes a flush framed sash window with glazing bars and a flush panelled door set in panelled reveals, topped by a three-pane fanlight. The entrance is framed by panelled pilasters and a small cornice. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 14 to 26 (even).
