Description

109 Dolphin Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is faced with stucco. It features a low-pitched hipped slate roof with flat eaves. The building has two windows on each floor, with one blind window on the second floor. The windows are fitted with flush architrave sashes and later glazing, while the ground and first floor windows have stucco keystones. To the right, there is a recessed four-panel door. This building, along with Nos 109 to 119 (odd), forms a group with No 53 St Anne's Street.
