Description

37 St James's Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a low-pitched gable end slate roof with projecting eaves. On the second floor, there are two recessed sash windows with glazing bars and block sills. The first floor has a large rectangular bay window with three lights, also sash with glazing bars, and is adorned with plain strips, a frieze, and a wide moulded cornice, along with a panelled apron. The ground floor has been modernized. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 35 to 41.
