Description

No 36 St James's Street is an early 19th-century building that originally served as No 36 Upper St James's Street. It is two storeys tall, with an additional storey added above that is tile hung. The gable end is also tile hung, and the building has a gable end tiled roof. There are two sash windows, which do not have glazing bars except for the one on the right side of the ground floor. These windows feature moulded architraves with a cornice above. The doorway includes a semi-circular fanlight. Nos 35 to 41, which are consecutive, form a group with this building.
