ST ANNE'S STREET 1. 1594 (North Side) No 51 (Dolphin's Cottage) SU 1429 NE 4/178 II GV 2. C18 and early Cl9. 2 storeys and attic colourwashed brick on projecting plinth, band between storeys. Gable end slate roof with 2 dormers. Tile hung side. Moulded wood eaves cornice. 3 windows, centre blind, on lst floor flush architrave framed C19 sashes, 2 similar on ground floor and central door of 6 flush panels, in reeded architrave with corner blocks, small pedimental hood.

Nos 49 & 51 form a group.
