Description

This is an 18th-century building located on the west side of St Martin’s Square. It is two storeys high and has a tiled roof with hips at the north end. The northern wall displays exposed timber framing, while the rest of the exterior is brick, which was formerly painted. A gable dormer is present. The first floor has two modern casement windows, and to the north, a small doorway. On the ground floor, the southern portion features a sash window within a segmental arch, and a door set within reveals and a segmental arch. To the north are a pair of large wooden double boarded doors and a smaller wooden boarded door, both set within slightly segmental arches.
