Description

This is an early 18th-century building of three storeys, originally with five window bays, though two windows on the second floor have been blocked up. It is constructed of red brick with vertical bands of grey headers. A single window bay is slightly projected in the centre of the facade, and brick pilasters mark the ends. The roofline is finished with a capped parapet. The windows are segmental-headed, set within reveals, and retain their original sash glazing bars. A large, round-headed doorway is framed by moulded surrounds, above which sits a semi-circular fanlight. The door itself has six fielded panels. A substantial bow window has been added to the south side of the building, extending across the ground and first floors, and incorporating sash windows with original glazing bars.
