Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of St Martin’s Street, Hereford. The house is constructed of rendered brick with a stone plinth and has a slate roof with a gable facing forward. It features two brick axial stacks at the rear. The property is three storeys high, with a cellar, and has a three-window front. The central window is an 18-light window, flanked by 12/12 French windows beneath cambered heads, each with coved sills and wrought-iron lattice-work balcony guards. There is an interrupted stone band, a rendered storeyband, and two 20th-century 2/2 sash windows. The central window is a round-headed 8/6 sash with a fanlight, stone springers, and a keyblock. The roof is finished with a tile-coped modillioned parapet and gable. A central six-panel door is flanked by 8/8 sashes with cambered heads.
