Description
St Martin's Place consists of three houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a hipped Welsh slate roof, with three brick axial stacks and two brick cross-axial stacks located at the rear. The buildings rise three storeys and include cellars, arranged in a three-window range. The windows are 8/8 sashes with old glass set under segmental arches, while the upper windows are 4/4 sashes. The eaves are decorated with brick modillion detailing.
For Nos. 32 and 34, the entrances are positioned to the left and feature six-panel doors with swagged fanlights beneath gauged brick semicircular arches. The window arrangement is consistent with the other houses, with 8/8 sashes under segmental arches. No. 30 has a similar design but with its entrance located to the right. A tablet on the building reads "St Martin's Place."
