Description

Netherby is a pair of houses from the early 19th century that have been combined into one. The building features small ashlar block walls and a slate roof with coped gables, as well as end wall stacks and a ridge stack. It is two storeys high and has a first-floor sill band. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sash windows. The ground floor includes a 12-pane sash window, a door with a hood supported by brackets, a pair of 12-pane sashes, a former door with a hood on brackets, a replaced 16-pane window, and another pair of 12-pane sashes. The building is included for its group value.
