Two cottages, now one house. Early C18, C19 and early C20. Coursed dressed limestone, tiled roof, gable end ashlar stacks with moulded cappings. U-plan. 2-storey, 5-window front. Early C20 doorway has architrave with broken pediment and door with 6-fielded panels in recessed porch, single recessed chamfered window to left on ground and first floors of C18 range, to right are 2-light, 3- light and single chamfered mullioned windows to C19 range with two 2-light, 1-light and 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows to first floor. Two parallel end-ranges have coped verges. Left return has two 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows to ground and first floors and string course to first floor, stone sundial to first floor. Right return has planked door, C20 1- light and 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows to ground and first floors. Rear and interior not accessible at time of survey (March 1985).
