Description

Whitesands Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone and features a thatched roof with a hip on the left side and a brick stack on the right. The cottage is two stories high and has three windows, all of which are casements. There is a 20th-century door located in a thatched porch to the left of the center, with two 2-light casements on either side. The first floor also has three 2-light casements. The right side of the cottage is windowless and has a 20th-century greenhouse attached to the left. At the rear, there is a 20th-century extension. The interior has not been inspected.
