Description
Upper Farm Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on the east side of The Street in Milton Lilbourne. It features a timber frame with roughcast and white painted brickwork, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage is single storey with an attic and consists of four bays arranged at right angles to the road. The end bay, which is beyond the axial stack, has been rebuilt in brick. There is a four-panelled door beneath a thatched canopy in the first bay, and the windows are paned casements. The roof is hipped, with a half hip facing the road, and there are brick stacks present.
