Description

This 18th-century house is located on The Street in Milton Lilbourne. It is constructed of painted brickwork and has a thatched roof. The original two-bay structure has a gable stack, and it was later extended with a third bay and a weatherboarded lean-to at the south end. A four-panelled door is centrally positioned in the initial two bays, covered by a simple canopy. A canted bay was added to the left, and a 20th-century oriel window mirrors it on the right side of the ground floor. The first floor features two-light windows, and similar windows are present in the third bay. A blocked moulded door is found within the lean-to. The roof is hipped, and there is a brick stack.
