Description

The stables, now used as a garage and storage space, were built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick with a tiled roof. The building has a central gable featuring a star-shaped oculus. A tall carriage arch, originally open, is now blocked with a later door. Three bays flank the central section on each side, each with a rounded recess that is glazed, with stable doors in the center of each. A terminal block on the right features a larger arch and garage doors. The building has brick dentilled eaves and a hipped roof. In front of the stables is a forecourt paved with sarsen setts.
