Description

This building is a garage that was originally an outbuilding, dating from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame, featuring wattle and daub and brick infill, and has a thatched roof. The structure is single storey and consists of three bays. The framing is two panels high and includes jowled posts, tie beams, and raking struts to the collar. The bay closest to the road does not have exposed framing, which suggests it may be a cob extension. The roof is half hipped.
