Description

This is a former cottage, now used as a garage and workshop, dating from the mid to late 17th century. It's a timber-framed building with brick nogging, originally consisting of three bays and one storey. The roof is pitched and clad in corrugated iron. Timber framing at the south end has been replaced with brickwork. There are no original window openings. The doorways have been blocked or altered. Inside, the south bay retains evidence of use as a hayloft.
