Description
Sunnycliff is a villa built around the 1830s, which includes a garden wall and gate piers. The exterior features stuccoed and blocked surfaces, a hipped slate roof, and a stack with a rendered shaft. The building is two storeys high with a five-bay south front. There is a lean-to glazed porch at the front that has a round-headed doorway, a door with a panelled soffit, and a plain fanlight. To the right, there is a raised belvedere storey. The villa has five first-floor and four ground-floor 2-pane late 19th century or 20th century sash windows, some of which retain remnants of Venetian shutters. The left-hand bay features one first-floor 2 over 2-pane sash window with horizontal glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected. The property also includes stone rubble garden walls and stuccoed octagonal gate piers topped with conical caps.
