Description
This is a house dating from the 1830s, situated in Paignton. It is a double-fronted property with a double-depth plan. The exterior is rendered, with a slate gabled roof and end stacks, the right-end stack projecting. The front has a symmetrical arrangement of three windows, a plat band, and a 20th-century replacement front door with a plain overlight and moulded frame. The ground-floor windows are 12-pane sashes, while the two first-floor windows are also 12-pane sashes. The second-floor windows are 3 over 6-pane sashes with a blind recess in the centre. The interior has not been inspected, but may contain features of interest.
