This is a house dating to around 1850 in Paignton. It is constructed of rendered material, with a slate roof that is gabled at each end, and has rendered chimney shafts with platbands. The main block is single-depth and has a rear service wing. The front of the house is symmetrical, with three bays. The central doorway is a 20th-century addition, featuring a recessed half-glazed door and a plain overlight. The windows are 12-pane hornless sashes from the 19th century. The interior has not been inspected, but may contain features of historical interest.
