Farmhouse. Late C17, refronted and extended C19. Rubble, brick dressings, rendered at rear, asbestos slate roof with gable stacks and stack to right of front door. L-plan, including rear former dairy wing, through passage, C19 wing to right. 2 storeys and attic, 6 windows, all C19 12-pane sashes in gauged brick head and surround except 1st floor left without surround, C19 porch and door in 3rd bay from left, C19 extension to left, rear has irregular C19 windows and 3 dormers. Interior: ground floor right former large fireplace with cupboard door to inglenook, C17 door with strap hinge, to rear of through passage. Barn to rear (east) said to contain Roman walling.
