Description

Upper Haperton Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. The building is rendered and features a slate roof with double Roman tiles at the rear, along with brick stacks. It has two storeys, attics, and a cellar, and is composed of five bays. The windows are sash style, with thick glazing bars set in exposed boxes. The central entrance has a six-panel door that is topped by a "circle and teardrop" fanlight, all framed within a Gibbs surround that has a round head.
