Description
Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with alterations and additions made in the mid-19th and mid-20th centuries. It is constructed of brick, partly roughcast, and features a hipped plain tiled roof, along with brick side stacks and a rear external brick stack with offsets. The building is two storeys high and has a square plan with two sets of two windows. The front elevation includes two glazing bar sash windows on both the ground and first floors, with the ground floor windows having flat canopies supported by consoles. The main entrance is located on the left side elevation and features a moulded flat canopy, an entablature, a moulded architrave, and a panelled door. The right side elevation contains an 18th-century cross-casement window and two 20th-century cross-casement windows, all with gauged flat heads. The interior has not been inspected. There is also a 19th-century rear wing that is two storeys tall and has a dentilled eaves cornice.
