Description

Hill House Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick and has a tile roof with gable-end stacks. The building has two storeys and features a dentilled brick cornice and a band at the ground floor level, along with brick coped verges. There are three windows on the front: two 4-light casements on either side of a 2-light casement, all set under segmental heads. The central entrance is approached by stone steps and has an open-pediment doorcase with fluted pilasters, a semi-elliptical fanlight, and a glazed door.
