Description
Sinton Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations and additions made in the mid-19th and mid-20th centuries. The building is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof with end brick stacks, forming an L-shaped plan. It has two storeys and displays a dentilled eaves cornice along with a three-course band between the storeys. The front elevation includes two ground floor and two first floor 16-pane sash windows with cambered heads, which flank the main entrance located to the right of centre. The entrance is highlighted by an open pediment and a pilastered surround, leading to a six-panelled door. The interior has not been inspected, and there are mid-19th and mid-20th century additions at the rear.
