Description
Wyndham House is a detached house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a double Roman tiled roof that is set behind a parapet and a moulded ashlar cornice, with brick stacks. The house has three storeys and five bays, with glazing bar sash windows in exposed boxes beneath flat arches. On the ground floor to the left, there is a late 19th-century projecting square bay window with large pane sash windows. To the right, there is a two-storey bow window with two bays, which includes a cast iron balcony on the first floor. The central entrance features a five-panel door beneath a fanlight, framed by a doorcase with pilasters and a broken pediment. Above the door, there are two insurance plaques from the Crown and County companies.
