Description
Armstrong Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the mid 18th century with alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of brick with tile-hanging and has a plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays in a triple pile arrangement. The front of the house has a central six-panel door with a radiating fanlight set beneath an arched hood. Above the door is a two-light casement window. To the right, there are three-light casement windows on both floors, while the left bay has two-light casements. All windows are set under segmental heads. Above the tile-hanging, there are dentilled eaves, and the roof is hipped. A stack is located behind the ridge of the central and left-hand bays.
