Description

Greatham House is a house built in the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of brick and rendered brick, topped with a plain tile roof and has rendered stacks. The building is two storeys high and features three bays in a double pile layout. The front of the house has a narrow central six-panel door that is half-glazed and is set beneath a radiating fanlight. There are tall two-light casements with louvred shutters, which are likely from the 20th century. The roof is hipped, with stacks located on the return ridges.
