Description

This is an outbuilding located approximately 2 meters south of Parade Cottage, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed granite rubble and features a gabled pantile roof with a brick stack at one end. The building is one storey high. The original design includes a double entry on the west elevation, while the north gable has an inserted doorway. Inside, there is a fireplace located in the south gable. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the nearby Parade Cottage.
